ACTONA COMPANY use your personal information for business purposes only.
ACTONA COMPANY use your personal data of the purpose of delivering an item to you and for the purpose of security and legal reasons.

How long we retain your data
Your personal data will be stored up to 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information’s relates as well as which products you have purchased cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act. After 5 years will your information be deleted.
If you have created a login to be able to perform self-service at ACTONA COMPANY, will your personal data and order information be stored for each purchase. If your account has been inactive for more than 5 years, are we allowed to delete your login account for security reasons. You can at any time ask us to delete the information we have registered on you.
If you delete your login-account will your identity and transactions information be stored up to maximum 5 years in accordance with the Accounting Act and the Money Laundering Act.
